Who can use GrowPlease

You must be 18 or older and able to make a binding agreement. If you use GrowPlease for a company, you confirm you’re allowed to accept these terms for it.

Your account

Sign-in codes go to your email, so keep that inbox secure. You’re responsible for what happens in your workspace. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.

Plans and billing

You can create an account and add one product for free, without a card. The founding plan costs $29 a month for up to three products and includes a monthly AI allowance; the homepage lists the current limits. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel renewal at any time in the billing portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you can still read your saved work afterward. Ad providers bill advertising costs directly. If we change prices, we’ll tell you before the change applies to you. If you think you were charged in error, email support@growplease.com.

Your content

You own what you add to GrowPlease. You give us permission to store and process it, and to send it to the services described in our privacy policy, only to provide GrowPlease to you. Only upload material you have the right to use.

AI suggestions and drafts

Recommendations, copy, images and SEO drafts are made with AI and can be wrong or incomplete. Review them before you use or publish anything. You’re responsible for what you publish, the campaigns you run, what you spend and following the rules of the platforms you use. We don’t promise particular results, such as traffic, rankings or revenue.

Connected services

When you connect Google, Meta, TikTok, GitHub, Stripe or an AI assistant, their own terms apply to your use of them. In the current release, GrowPlease doesn’t launch live ads or spend money on your behalf, and approving a plan doesn’t start a campaign.

Fair use

Don’t use GrowPlease to break the law or infringe anyone’s rights, to create deceptive, harmful or spam content, to access accounts or data that aren’t yours, or to disrupt, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service. Don’t resell access without our permission.

Ending your use

You can stop using GrowPlease at any time and ask us to delete your account at support@growplease.com. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other people at risk. Where we can, we’ll tell you first.

No warranties

GrowPlease is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted service.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, GrowPlease isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits rights the law doesn’t let you give up.

Changes

We may update these terms. For significant changes, we’ll tell you by email or in the app before they take effect. If you keep using GrowPlease after that, the updated terms apply.
