Your data,
in plain language.

What we collect

• Your account. Your email address. You sign in with one-time codes sent by email, so there is no password.
• What you add. Product details, answers, plans and results, notes, screenshots and media you upload, SEO imports, product events you send, and drafts.
• What you connect. If you connect Google Search Console (read-only), Google Ads, Meta, TikTok or GitHub (only the repositories and files you select), we keep encrypted access to that account and the data we read from it. You can disconnect at any time.
• Billing. Stripe handles payments. We receive your email address and subscription status and never see your card details.
• Technical data. Cloudflare, our host, processes request data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the service. We use IP addresses only briefly, in hashed form, to limit abuse.

How we use it

To run GrowPlease: to analyze your product and prepare recommendations and materials when you ask, to sign you in and keep your account secure, to bill you, to send sign-in codes and the check-in emails you turn on, and to answer your questions. We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t use it for advertising.

AI processing

GrowPlease uses OpenAI to analyze products and create concept images. AI runs only when you start it or turn on automatic reviews, and you confirm what will be sent first: the product context you choose, never your email address. Screenshots are never sent to OpenAI. OpenAI’s API policies say it doesn’t use this data to train its models by default and may keep it for up to 30 days to monitor abuse.

Connected assistants

If you connect ChatGPT, Claude or your own project through MCP or the API, it can read the product context you allow, along with your account email, and save drafts if you permit it. What you share in an assistant’s conversations is handled under its provider’s policy. You can revoke a connection at any time; that doesn’t remove what was already shared.

Who else receives data

Only services that help run GrowPlease, and only for that purpose:

• Cloudflare for hosting, storage and email delivery.
• OpenAI for AI analysis and images, when you confirm.
• Stripe for payments.
• The services you connect, such as Google, Meta, TikTok, GitHub and your AI assistant, within the permissions you grant.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect GrowPlease and the people who use it.

Cookies

Only first-party cookies that sign you in and keep sign-in secure. There are no analytics or advertising cookies and no tracking pixels.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep your account and workspace data while your account is open. Sign-in codes and sessions expire on their own. To delete your account and its data, email support@growplease.com from your account’s address, and we’ll confirm when it’s done. Deleted data can stay in backups for a limited time. Disconnecting a service removes our saved access to it; anything already created there, such as a paused ad campaign, stays in your account at that service.

Your choices

You can change most of your information in the app, export plans and SEO work, disconnect services and revoke assistant connections. To see, correct or delete anything else, email support@growplease.com.

Security

Data travels over HTTPS. Access to connected services is stored encrypted, and sign-in sessions and codes are stored only as hashes. No system is perfectly secure, so please tell us right away if you suspect a problem.

Age

GrowPlease is for people 18 and older. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone younger.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top. For significant changes, we’ll tell you by email or in the app before they take effect.
